CCTV images released after assault and attempted robbery in Motherwell

Detectives investigating an assault and attempted robbery in Motherwell have released CCTV images of a man they want to trace.
The attack, involving a knife, happened in Glen Court, Muirhouse at about 2055 hrs on Wednesday 12th October 2016.
Detective Constable Stewart David is heading up the inquiry and eager to speak to the man in the pictures who is described as wearing a black tracksuit and baseball cap and carrying a black rucksack.
