Police investigating an attack on a guide dog by two other dogs at a train station have released a CCTV image of a woman they believe could help their inquiries.

The incident happened at Glasgow Central station on Friday October 2 last year at around 4.25pm.

The two dogs have been described as a tan Staffordshire or pit bull terrier and a German shepherd.

British Transport Police officers are appealing to anyone who recognises the woman shown in the photograph to contact them.

She is described as having long brown hair and glasses. She was wearing a grey hooded top with the number 88 on the front.

It is believed she may have later boarded the 5.30pm service to London Euston.
