CCTV image of man released by police investigating Paisley shooting

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they think may have information can assist them with their enquiries into a shooting on 9 September 2018 on Shuttle Street in Paisley.

The man is described as white, around 5ft 8-10 inches in height, of slim build and short dark hair. He is shown in the image wearing a dark hooded top with his hood up, light blue "VOI" denim jeans with the letters "V" on both rear jean pockets and light blue trainers with a white sole.

He is also carrying a large dark rucksack.

Detective Constable Brian Seggie, from Greenock CID, said: “We would appeal to anyone who recognises the man in the images to please get in touch as it is vital that we speak to them."

Anyone with information is asked to call CID officers in Paisley via 101, quoting incident number 885 of 9 September 2018.
