CCTV appeal following assault in Glasgow city centre
Officers want to speak to the man to assist with their investigation
Detectives have issued an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with an ongoing investigation into an assault in Glasgow.
The incident happened around 7.45pm on Saturday, 3 December, 2022 at Mitchell Street, near to the Christmas Markets at St Enoch’s Square.
Detective Constable Duncan Bruce, of the Greater Glasgow Public Protection Unit, said: “We are appealing for the man in this image, or anyone who knows the identity of the man to come forward, as we believe he can assist our investigation into the incident.
"Anyone with information or who recognises the man should call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 4175 of 3 December, 2022.
"Alternatively, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.”
