The one car collision happened on Queensberry Avenue around 5.35pm on Thursday.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A police spokesperson said:
"Around 5.35pm on Thursday, 31 August, police were called to a one vehicle crash in Queensberry Avenue, Clarkston."
"A woman has been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and enquiries into the incident are ongoing."
