The brother of missing Glasgow man, Timothy Chiwaula, is telling Clyde 1 he feels like he is living in a nightmare.

The 23-year-old acting student hasn't been seen since last Monday morning at around 8.45.

Joseph said: "He has got his own circle of friends and he spends most of his time in his room playing video games or practising his acting.

"He doesn't go out very often."

Timothy is said to have left his house without taking his phone or wallet with him.

Joseph added: "The week before he went missing he seemed absolutely fine.

"He phoned me and he didn't seem like he was in a bad way or about to go anywhere.

"I have no idea where he went and I am trying to think of places he might have gone, but I just can't."

Timothy is described as 5ft 7 inches in height with black dreadlocked hair.

He was possibly wearing the jacket seen in the picture.

He is a student at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Joseph said: "It doesn't even feel real, it is hard for me and the rest of my family.

"My grandma back in Malawi is completely distraught and it just feels like we are living in a bad dream."

Anyone with information relating to Timothy's whereabouts is being asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 0832 of 14 October, 2021.
