Police investigate brawl on train from Ayr to Glasgow
Around 15 people were fighting
An investigation is underway after a brawl on a train between Ayr and Glasgow.
The large fight happened on the 11pm service on Saturday 18th September. Around fifteen people were involved.
A statement from the British Transport Police says, “Officers are currently conducting enquiries to establish the full circumstances of what happened.
“The train was very busy and it’s believed there are a number of witnesses who haven’t yet spoken to police, who may have useful information.
“Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 2100069865. Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
