The partner of a Scottish woman missing in Spain for six months has been arrested.
The partner of a Scottish woman missing in Spain for six months has been arrested, the foreign office have confirmed.
Lisa Brown, who lived in southern Spain and worked in Gibraltar, was last seen in November last year.
The 32-year-old mother is originally from Alexandria in West Dunbartonshire but has lived in Spain from the age of 18.
Her family travelled to the country to help with police searches for and also set up social media sites to appeal for information on her whereabouts of Ms Brown.
The family have now said her boyfriend Simon Corner has been detained in Denmark on a European Arrest Warrant and is expected to be extradited to Spain.
A post on the Find Lisa Facebook page added: "We still appeal to anyone that may know any information or the whereabouts of Lisa to please contact the Guardia or police.''
