Body pulled from river in Larbert in search for missing fisherman
Police Scotland pulled the body of a man in his sixties from the banks of the River Carron, Larbert, at about 9.50am on Thursday.
The body of a man who is believed to have been fishing has been recovered from a river near Falkirk.

It is understood he was reported missing on Wednesday when he failed to return from a fishing trip.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Around 9.50am on Thursday police recovered the body of a man in his sixties from the riverbanks of the River Carron, Larbert.
"There would appear to be no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.''
