Body Of Missing Man Found In Canal
The body of a Glasgow man who went missing after he dropped off his son at a sports centre has been found in the Forth and Clyde Canal.
Peter Graham from the Robroyston area disappeared on Sunday the 4th of October after going to the Leisuredrome Sports Centre in Bishopbriggs.
The 54 year old was picked up on CCTV at Bet Fred in Kirkintolloch later that day and his car, a Vauxhall Zafira discovered near Bishopbriggs railway station.
Police have confirmed his body was discovered in the water near the Cawder Golf Club on Sunday the 18th of October.
His family has been informed and his death is not being treated as suspicious.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
