Body found in search for missing woman in Ayrshire
Natasha Harrison's family has been informed
A body has been found in an area of woodland near a North Ayrshire church during the search for a woman missing since Thursday.
Natasha Harrison, also known as Tasha, was last seen at Cunningham Crescent in Saltcoats at around 3pm on Thursday.
On Sunday morning, police said the body was found at New Street in Stevenston, close to Livingstone Parish Church.
The woman has not been identified but the family of 27-year-old Ms Harrison has been made aware.
A statement from police also said: “The death is not being treated as suspicious.”
