Body identified as missing 58-year-old from Cumbernauld
Michael Fitzpatrick had been reported missing on the 13th of November

Police say a body of a man, found in Banton Loch in Kilsyth, is that of missing 58-year-old Michael Fitzpatrick.
He had been reported missing from Cumbernauld and was last seen at his home around 5pm on Sunday, 13th November.
The discovery was made at around 3.35pm on Saturday, 19th November, and identification confirmed the body was that of the 58-year-old.
His family have been informed. Officers say they are not treating his death as suspicious.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
