Body found in search for missing man Jamie Reid
Police say the family of Mr Reid has been informed
A body has been found in the search for missing Lanarkshire man Jamie Reid.
Police say the discovery was made near Queensway in East Kilbride at around 5pm this evening.
Formal identification is still to take place, but the family of the missing 44-year-old has been informed.
Officers said there are no apparent suspicious circumstances and that a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.
