Body found in canal near Bishopbriggs

A body has been found floating in the Forth and Clyde Canal near Bishopbriggs.

The man is thought to be in his 40s and was discovered just before midday on Wednesday.

Officers say the death is being treated as unexplained and inquries are on-going.
