Biker in serious condition following crash

Queen Margaret Drive's closed in both directions following a crash between a car and a motorbike.

Police were called to the scene around 9.50am and the biker has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police received reports around 9.50am of a collision involving a car and a motorbike on Queen Margaret Drive, Glasgow.

"The motorcyclist is being taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with serious injuries. The road is closed in both directions."
