An ex-finance director, from Bearsden, who hid spycams to secretly film almost 700 videos of colleagues has walked free from court.
Mark Logan planted the cameras in digital clocks in a toilet at the Wheatley Group offices in Glasgow city centre.
The shamed 48 year-old also carried out the crime while on business trips in Edinburgh and London.
A sheriff heard how Logan could be seen in footage putting a device on the bedside table of one of his victims.
Logan today returned to Glasgow Sheriff Court after earlier pleading guilty to voyeurism. He also admitted to a separate sex assault charge.
He could have faced jail, but instead was handed a two year community payback order.
This will involve Logan, of Bearsden, being supervised during that time.
Sheriff Joseph Platt said if he breached any conditions imposed, a prison term may be considered.
Logan – who was put on the sex offenders register - will return to the dock for a review hearing in November.
Logan had previously been employed at the Wheatley Group.
The offences occurred between May 2015 and May last year. Secret cameras had been hidden in a toilet
Logan was snared when bosses at Wheatley discovered three digital clocks which had recording equipment inside them.
After being confronted, Logan said: “It's me – I am ashamed.”
A total of 685 videos were recovered on a total of five devices including the converted clocks and hard drives.
