Appeals for sightings of Glasgow woman missing since the weekend

UPDATE 7.30am. Police Scotland released a statement saying Nina has been traced.

An appeal is going out to people in the east end of Glasgow to look out for a Polish woman who has been missing since the weekend.

Nina Starczewska (33) was last seen in Dyke Street, in Baillieston, around 9pm on Sunday, 4 August.

She is described as being around 5ft 4ins, of medium build and currently has long fair hair. It is not known what she is wearing.

Nina speaks with a Polish accent.

Inspector Craig Bookless said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Nina’s wellbeing and are urgently appealing for anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts to please come forward with information.

“If you think you have seen her or know where she may be, please get in touch."
