A baby has received praise from celebrities such as Khloe Kardashian for her fashionable Instagram outfits - despite being just 10 months old.

Mya Byrne has 122,000 followers on the site as mylittlemya_x thanks to posts of her posing in handmade clothes such as bikinis, hats, fake fur and baby grows with designer slogans.

Mother Amy McIndewar said the youngster's Instagram fame is beyond what she ever expected and has vowed to keep posting pictures until Mya tells her otherwise.

She said: It's basically just all for fun. It's went beyond what I ever thought it would be. It was my page to start with but I thought 'I don't post pictures of myself', so it just became Mya's pictures on it.

One of the pictures went absolutely viral. She's wearing a khaki outifit with a khaki headband, it was the one the celebrities liked.

Khloe Kardashian liked it, so it would have appeared on her feed, and Lauren Goodger from The Only Way is Essex posted it.

She has 122,000 followers now. I started when she was three months old and she had 10,000 followers then and there were 50,000 at Christmas.''

Amy, 20, from Balloch, West Dunbartonshire, credits her daughter's popularity to a combination of the unique handmade outfits she wears and her masses of two-toned hair.

She said: It's because she's such a unique little baby. She has ombre going through her and she has so much of it. It's because she's different herself and the outfits are different.

The clothes are all handmade by sites on Instagram, it's mums that make clothes on the side. I think a lot of people follow us because they want to know where to get the cute baby clothes.

The reaction we've had is mainly positive. There's been some criticism by people saying it's too grown-up and she shouldn't be wearing that kind of stuff, but I just kind of shake it off.

It's a whole different world that a lot of people don't know about but it's great and it's just going to get bigger.

I'll do it until she tells me to stop. If she says one day 'mum, I don't want to do this', then that's when I'll stop.''
