Appeal launched after teenager attacked in Glasgow Park
Emergency services were called to the scene around 5pm last night
An investigation is underway after a teenager was attacked in Glasgow last night.
Emergency services were called to King's Park around 5pm yesterday evening and the boy was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
Police have confirmed another 14-year-old boy has been arrested in connection and released pending further enquiries.
Detective Inspector Lesley-Ann McGee said: “We are carrying out extensive enquiries to establish the full circumstances of the incident.
“I’d appeal to anyone who was in the park around the time of the incident and has any information which could assist, please contact police to bring this to our attention.”
