Detectives in Glasgow city centre have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with a serious assault in February.

A 32-year-old woman was taken to the Royal Infirmary with a facial injury after the incident in the St Vincent Bar on St Vincent Street at around 1.30am on Sunday, February 14.

Police officers are keen to speak to the man shown in the image as he may be able to assist with their enquiries.

“I urge anyone who has information or anyone who recognises the man in the image to contact officers of Greater Glasgow CID based at City Centre Police Office via telephone 101 or alternatively contact Crimestoppers.”

He is described as white, aged 20-24 years, 5’7 in height, of slim build and with brown hair.
