Police appeal after man seriously assaulted in Glasgow following Europa League final

Police have issued an appeal to identify three men officers believe may be able to assist with enquiries into a serious assault in Glasgow.

The incident happened at Buchanan Street Bus Station at around 12.20am on Thursday, May 19, which resulted in a 42-year-old man sustaining injuries which required hospital treatment.

The assault took place shortly after the Europa League Final between Rangers and Eintracht Frankfurt.

Anyone who recognises these three men, or has any information about the incident, has been asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting reference 0132 of May 19.
