The family of Alesha MacPhail are appealing to the public to help make her dream of becoming a YouTube star come true.
The six-year-old was tragically found dead while on holiday with her family on the Isle of Bute at the start of July.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with her rape and murder.
Heartbroken family members have uploaded a clip of Alesha online in the hope of fulfilling her dream of becoming a YouTube star.
The video is titled ‘All About Pasta’ and footage shows the youngster chatting away to the camera.
In a statement alongside the video the family said: “Hi Everyone, on the 2nd of July 2018 my Family lost someone very dear to us.
“This someone was none more than the bright, loving and caring little Girl in this video.
“Her name was Alesha Sarah Macphail. She was a bright star in our life’s and everyone who ever met her and she had big dreams too and the biggest dream she had was to be a famous YouTuber and this dream was definitely not out of her reach.
“As a final farewell until we meet again me and my family would ask you to make her dream come true by sharing this video and subscribing or leaving some thumbs up and comments in the section below for her.
“Once again we would like to thank every single person for their support we are so grateful to every single one of you.
“Rest in Peace Alesha lots of love Dad, Toni, Granny, Granda, Uncle Calum & Scott, Granny Josie and Grandpa.”
The video has received over 14,000 views and many viewers have sent their support to the family via the comments section.
