First wave of acts announced for next year's Pavilion Festival and STREETrave in Ayr

Organiser and local superstar DJ Ewan McVicar will again headline the event on Saturday May 4th

The first acts have been announced for 2024’s Pavilion Festival and STREETrave in Ayr, following the successful launch of the Low Green event earlier this year.

Ewan McVicar Presents Pavilion will take place on Saturday May 4th and STREETrave - Celebrating 35 Years will happen on Sunday May 5th.

Ewan and the team behind Pavilion Festival have now announced the first wave of acts who’ll be taking to the stage.

Saturday 4th May will see Ewan McVicar and Patrick Topping headline, joined by Special Request, Optimo (Espacio), Jerome Hill and Stevie Cox, with others yet to be announced.

Sunday 5th May will be the long-awaited 35 years of STREETrave celebration, with Heather Small (voice of M People), Technotronic, Degrees of Motion, Black Box, Rozalla, Sandy B plus lots more to come.

After selling out in minutes last year, Pavilion Festival - Ayr’s first ever electronic music festival – was a huge hit with fans from across the country.

Around 12,000 people descended on the town’s Low Green over the weekend.

Situated on the iconic Ayr Beach, Pavilion Festival - in addition to announcing the first wave of acts - has also announced that STREETrave - which celebrates its 35th Birthday in 2024 – is returning to its spiritual home to celebrate its historic anniversary at the legendary Ayr Pavilion

Organisers promise more big names still to come

Headlining the event on Saturday 4th May, is festival creator Ewan McVicar whose gold selling single ‘Tell Me Something Good’ took over radios, festivals and nightclubs across the globe.

Ewan McVicar said: "Am so proud of this line up & bringing these exceptional talents to Ayr Pavilion mk2 incoming to our magical site and I’ve not finished the list either, I have more names to add that a could only have dreamt of bringing to the low green. This year was so, so, so special & next year we are doing everything to make it better!"

Pavilion festival see’s us coming together with our good friend Ewan to deliver an incredible 2-day event for the people of Ayr.
