A 20 year old man's been charged in connection with the murder of Kamil Charyszyan in Easterhouse.

The 35 year old found found dead on Conisborough Road, shortly after 10pm on Sunday 21st March.

The 20 year old's due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today in connection with the 35 year old's murder.

Detective Chief Inspector Alan McAlpine, of the Major Investigation Team, said: “We continue to support Kamil’s family and our thoughts are very much with them at this time.

“Our enquiries continue and I would like to thank the community for their assistance with our investigation so far.

“I would urge anyone who has not been in touch who has information, no matter how insignificant they might think it is, to contact us.”

Anyone who can help with enquiries can call the investigation team via 101, quoting incident number 4803 of Sunday, 21 March, 2021, or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Detectives have also set up an online portal to encourage members of the public to submit information.
