A 12-year-old boy’s died after being by a tanker truck in Dunoon.
A 12-year-old boy’s died after being by a tanker truck in Dunoon.
The schoolboy was struck whilst crossing the A815 at Inellan on Tuesday afternoon.
He was taken by ambulance to Dunoon General Hospital and later transferred to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
A full report’s been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Sergeant Paul MacPherson from the Divisional Road Policing Unit is appealing for any witnesses to the crash to contact Dunoon Police Office through 101.
