Stopping for flowers for his passenger's "hospital-bound" mum, Steve is terrified when the lad pulls out a gun in Coronation Street this week. Can he get away unharmed?
Nick Tilsley and David Platt panic when the police line of questioning intensifies. Emma Brooker puts on a talent show at the Rovers, which is a roaring success. But when Kirk Sutherland is approach by a talent scout, Beth Tinker is suspicious of her motives.
Returning from Portsmouth, Roy Cropper is horrified to learn that Carla Connor is missing, and blames himself for kicking her out. But when she turns up at his flat and begs him not to tell anyone, will he do the right thing?
Seb Franklin's friendship with nail technician Alina grows stronger, but Seb takes a dislike to Alina's new boss, Rachel. Promising to take care of Alina from now on, the two spend the night together.

But Kirk is defiant, and after a chat with Abi tells Beth that he's going ahead with the tour – as long as his songs put a smile on peoples' faces, that's al that matters.

When Seb hears that Alina has started working in a different nail salon, he tracks it down to go and visit her.

Clearly happy to see him, the pair catch up and the chemistry crackles, but Alina worries her boss Rachel will catch them and tell her off.

Now let's catch up on what's happening this week.
Things are hotting up (again) between Bethany Platt and Ryan Connor after she lands him a gig at a nightclub in town.
With Ryan's DJ career taking off again, he's also caught the eye of Ayla Nazir, but after asking her out on a date feels guilty when he shares an intimate moment with Bethany, and realises he still cares for her.
Mary Taylor grows ever more suspicious of Freda Burgess when she finds her trying to sell Norris Cole's house, even accusing her of murdering him for his money.
But when none other than Norris himself jumps out of a taxi in front of number 4, Mary is stunned – especially when he tells her that he and Freda are engaged, and he wants a divorce so that they can marry.
Sophie Webster feels betrayed when her mum Sally tells her that she and lawyer Paula Martin are back in touch, and are going for lunch at the Bistro tomorrow. Sophie declines Sally's invite to join them, but when she and Paula run into each other later on, it's clear the chemistry is still fizzing.
