One Direction Almost Finished 'Edgier' Fourth Album!
And they've written almost every song
Cementing their status as the hardest working boys in pop music, the mighty One Direction have confirmed they’ve almost completed their fourth album!
Niall, Zayn, Louis, Liam and Harry have all had an input in writing the album and musically they say it has taken a “more edgy” direction.
Speaking to the Today Show in the US of A, Niall revealed: "I think it's going to be a little bit more edgy. We feel like we've got some really good songs."
Liam added: "We've all taken a hand in the writing this time. We've literally written almost every song."
1D have been recording the album in-between their huge sell out shows on their blockbuster Where We Are Tour.
Big name musical collaborations include their good mate Ed Sheeran, Naughty Boy, McBusted, The 1975 and punk band Good Charlotte.
Although no release date is confirmed, the boys have been releasing a new album every November for the past three years… so expect to see it some time this autumn!
The North American leg of the Where We Are tour continues at the 70,000 capacity Ford Field in Detroit on Saturday night and wraps up in Miami in October.
