Miley Cyrus, Sinead O'Connor Feud Gets South Park Treatment

The infamous feud between Miley Cyrus and Sinead O’Connor has been given the South Park treatment.

The two singers’ dispute was sparked last month when Miley reacted to an open letter Sinead had written advising her about the dangers her using her raunchy image in the music industry.

After Miley alluded to Sinead’s mental health issues on Twitter, the Irish singer demanded an apology for her “irresponsible” behaviour and called for her to remove the Tweets.

Eventually the feud fizzled out but that hasn’t stopped the creators of South Park from spoofing it in their trademark style!

Tonight’s episode Taming Strange follows the antics of a character called Foofa who no longer wants to be a kid’s performer and decides to do something rude at the MTV Awards.

A cartoon version of Sinead O’Connor is then brought on by Yo Gabba Gabba like child entertainers to dissuade Foofa from baring all!

It’s not the first time Miley Cyrus has been spoofed by South Park - her cartoon likeness was used in the 2008 episode Britney’s New Look where the townspeople of South Park attempt to destroy the ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer.

The South Park episode Taming Strange is aired on Comedy Central at 10pm tonight (6th November)
