Following Martin Garrix's tweet saying he would be 'Dropping 2 things Friday', which included an acoustic version of 'Scared to be Lonely', he has released more information on the other new track in a form of a cryptic tweet.

At first glance the tweet looks like a random collection of zeros and ones, but it didn't take long before some fans saw what the Dutch DJ was doing.

Putting the zeros and ones into a convertor gave the word 'BYTE', the name of Martin's rumoured upcoming single with DJ Brooks.

Although not so well known, DJ Brooks has been making waves on YouTube and Spotify with his remixes and Martin played some of his remixes in his festival sets recently.

There hasn't been any confirmation from either DJ yet, however, on Monday DJ Brooks did post a video of Martin playing a Brooks remix at a festival recently with the caption, 'Should I drop some more new music this week? 🤓'

He also retweeted Martin's cryptic tweet yesterday.

Martin played 'BYTE' at the recent annual Ultra Music Festival where it had a great response from fans gathered on Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami, you can watch his highlight video below featuring the track.

'BYTE' and the acoustic version of 'Scared to be Lonely' are expected to drop this Friday (7th April).
