Little Mix Unveil Second 'Salute' Single
The follow-up to the no.3 smash 'Move'
Little Mix have announced that the second single to be lifted from ‘Salute’ will be firm fan favourite ‘Little Me’.
The follow-up to the awesome no.3 anthem ‘Move’ was penned by Little Mix alongside TMS (the Midas-touched team behind ‘DNA’, ‘Wings’ and Professor Green’s huge smash ‘Read All About It’) and Iain James.
Perrie, Jesy, Leigh-Anne and Jade unveiled the single via this YouTube post this morning:
The melody on ‘Little Me’ samples the classical song ‘Pavane’ written by French composer Gabriel Fauré way back in 1887.
‘Pavane’ has previously been sampled by artists including S Club 7, Il Divo and Charlotte Church.
Little Mix’s second album ‘Salute’ reached number four on Sunday’s album chart, which was topped by Lady Gaga’s ‘ARTPOP’.
