According to OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder!
Last updated 30th Sep 2019
In recent years, collaborations by some of the biggest pop stars on earth have become the norm! We have the likes of Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber working together, James Arthur and Anne-Marie teaming up, and even Little Mix and rap sensation Stormzy joining forces.
So, it's no surprise that musicians are cashing in by making some of the biggest collabs of the decade, but the news out today has just got us VERY, VERY excited!
According to OneRepublic front man Ryan Tedder, Adele, Beyoncé and Coldplay's Chris Martin have all recorded a song together. Yes, TOGETHER! Adele and Queen Bey on the same track people! 😍
Speaking to Z100 New York about the band's upcoming new album, Ryan said, "We have one song featuring Beyoncé and Adele with a Chris Martin piano solo on the bridge."
Of course, unsurprisingly, Ryan's claim sent the Internet into complete meltdown, with Twitter going wild at the news.
One fan wrote, 'Beyoncé and Adele are dropping a collab?! BE STILL MY HEART', with another adding, 'one of my biggest dreams is a Beyoncé and Adele collab I never saw this coming omg !! Are you ready for the biggest collab of all time'. sic
A third then wrote, 'WAIT A BEYONCE AND ADELE COLLAB JS HAPPENING ?? the vocals we’re abt to be blessed w WHEW' sic
Despite the excitement, some fans believe Ryan to be 'joking' about the claim, due to the fact neither artists have actually confirmed the single. 😭
As well as creating amazing tracks with OneRepublic, Ryan is no stranger to working with other artists, having created songs for both Adele ('Rumour Has It') and Beyoncé ('Halo') in the past.
As we all await confirmation, let's just pray this collab actually happens! 🙏
