On Bowie@Breakfast we put together the definitive list of Scottish words & phrases....

Our phone lines almost crashed with the amount of calls flooding in on what Scottish words or phrases wouldn't fly outside of the country. Everything from 'Off Ma Nut' to 'Howfin' made an appearance. Listen to the top 5 below (spelling mistakes likely):

Ken - ken noun - A male first name, short for Kenneth, friend of Barbie.
