Everything Celebrity MasterChef finalist Vicky Pattison does is closely followed by her army of fans on social media, but her latest post has really got people talking!

Vicky, who recently denied she is engaged to her boyfriend Ercan Ramadan, took to her Instagram page yesterday, where she uploaded a photo of an ultrasound scan, accompanied by the caption, 'I can’t believe in less than 3 months we will meet you little girl!!!!'. sic

It wasn't until fans scrolled down a little further to see the rest of Vicky's caption, where she revealed the baby in question is actually her sister Laura Adamson's bubba.

She continued, 'I have never loved someone I haven’t met so much!! Baby girl I will love you fiercely and protect you at all costs and also spoil you rotten and definitely be the fun aunt.. (@hadamson_94 Can be the authoritative aunt.. 😂) Having major baby shower blues on this Monday morning.. so I thought I’d post these pics to remind me what a special and beautiful day we had!! @laurajadamson And @dannya2008 You two are going to be the best parents in the world- you deserve this blessing and I’m so happy your little family is growing!!! 😍'. sic

Of course, this didn't stop Vicky's fans commenting on the snap, with many revealing they were tricked by the post.

One fan wrote, 'Wow. Thought for a second that was you and Ercan. Imagine my shock. 😧 soon maybe 😜 Best of luck to your sister. x' sic

Another added, 'OMG do you want to give me any more of a heart attack?!? 🤣🤣🤣 Thought it was yours for a minute!!! Xx', with a third writing, 'Awww i thought this was you being pregnant!! I thought WOW hang on a sec.. did i miss something.. 😂🤔💖💖💖'. sic

Another then added, 'You keep giving me heart attacks!!!!! Ha ha 💗💗💗🤣🤣'. sic

The confusion comes just weeks after Vicky denied she was engaged to former TOWIE star Ercan, after a cryptic post led fans to believe the news.

Speaking to heat Magazine, Vicky said, "Yeah, we were out filming our show in Tenerife and had the most amazing day. But, contrary to popular belief, I can actually have a good day without getting engaged at the end of it! So, no, I’m not engaged and I’m not pregnant."
