TV stars were out in force on Monday night (10th September) for the 22nd TV Choice Awards, which say Peaky Blinders and Emmerdale bag the big prizes, EastEnders actor Danny Dyer also won Best Soap Actor and Michelle Keegan took home the award for Best Actress.

On the night some of the acceptance speeches were particularly memorable, including Danny Dyer, who gave 'classic' acceptance speech! The audience were in stitches as the actor said, "I did win this before, I can't remember winning it. It was a right nutty night and I ended up licking Mary Berry."

Michelle Keegan also gave an emotional speech when she accepted her award for Best Actress. Michelle won the award for her incredible role in the hit drama Our Girl, where she plays the role of Corporal Geordie Lane, alongside the likes of Ben Aldrige, Luke Pasqualino and Shalom Brune-Franklin.

We also caught up with Love Island 2018 winners Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer, who attended the event with Dani's dad, EastEnders actor Danny Dyer.
Dani and Jack spoke out about how "crazy" it was to come out of the Love Island villa and be the most famous people in the country. When asked about "strange fan encounters," Dani said, "It's so sweet. People just wanting to know you, it's such an overwhelming feeling."
But she then admitted that SHE becomes a massive 'fangirl', confessing she's a "nightmare" when it comes to other celebrities. "I love Ariana Grande," Dani gushed, adding, "She knows it! I've got to stop talking about her apparently."
