The Voice UK coach Olly Murs, 34, has opened up about his love life, revealed what's really going on between him and TOWIE star Jess Wright.

Speaking to Now Magazine, Olly expressed his annoyance about always being in the press because of his love life. He's previously been linked to Caroline Flack and Mel Sykes, but the only official relationship he's had that we're aware of is with Francesca Thomas, who he met at V Festival in 2013 and dated for three years.

Speaking about his love life, Olly said, "The only thing I don’t like being written about is my dating life, everything else is irrelevant.

"The dating stuff annoys me because I feel like sometimes it comes across that I’m desperate and I’m not at all, I’m happy being single."

Lately, rumours have been circulating that Olly was dating Jess Wright, who is the sister of his good pal Mark Wright. Jess split with her boyfriend Giovanni Pernice in April of last year.

When quizzed on the relationship rumours, Olly said "me and Jess are friends. We’ve always been mates and Wrighty is one of my closest friends."

He added that he'd feel bad if Mark thought that the two were dating, saying "I’d feel bad if he felt there was something going on because there isn’t."

"Me and Jess laugh about things like that. Jess is amazing. I’ve got nothing but love for her and the whole Wright family," Olly added.

"There’s a bro code – you don’t date your mate’s sister. Unless you end up getting married, it can be tricky." Okay - so he's sticking to the bro code and steering clear of Jess!
