Rak-Su singer and star of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Myles Stephenson has revealed he's suffered some horrific injuries following a recent snowboarding accident whilst on holiday out in Andorra.

Myles, who won The X Factor in 2017, took to his Instagram Story to tell his fans to 'cherish life' after being rushed to hospital where he's spending time in the Intensive Care Unit.

He wrote. 'Life is precious people! Cherish every single piece of it! A few days ago I had a bad boarding accident. I have concussion, 2 broken ribs and a punctured spleen which resulted in internal bleeding.

'I have seen progression in good health and thank god I am doing okay. Thank you to nurses, doctors and especially my family for treating me like a prince. I love you all'. (sic)

Myles later filmed himself in his hospital bed, where he revealed although he's still in ICU, he's on the mend.

Speaking to the camera, he said, "Hey - what up people? I look a bit worse for wear, don't I? Thank you for all your messages. Basically I broke a few ribs, I ruptured my spleen and have some internal bleeding.

"That has stopped now, so I'm just chilling here on ICU - It's like a five-star ICU, it's amazing.

"My mum and the rest of my family are getting me through this. I'm counting my blessings day in, day out. Always tell your loved ones you love them. Peace."

The former I'm A Celebrity star was at the ski resort El Pas de la Casa in Andorra when the horrific accident occurred.

We wish Myles a speedy recovery! ❤️
