Thursday night on In:Demand played host to the Lawson Olympics

Before putting the guys through their paces, Alex James asked the boys about their new song Brokenhearted and working with B.o.B on the track.

Andy said, "We did the video with him in LA, he was a legend. He's just a legend of a guy really!"

During the interview, Andy demonstrates how he can hold items in the hole in his chest, which you can watch here and the guys claim they've eaten from his chest on tour! "You can eat Coco Pops out of it, it's true!" Adam said.

We then got the guys to take part in the Lawson Olympics, where the band compete in track & field, target practise, keepy uppies and press ups. You can watch that video right here and hear the whole interview in full where the guys also talk about tattoos and touring.
