Justin Timberlake gives motivational speech at Teen Choice Awards
He was given the 'Decade Award' on Sunday night
As Justin Timberlake was honoured at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards, the singer and actor took the opportunity to share some motivational words with his fans.
The 'Can't Stop The Feeling' singer was given the 'Decade Award' on Sunday night.
Timberlake said, “Don't count the days, make the days count. Don't think for a moment that what you do doesn't count.”
He went on to quote legendary boxer Muhammad Ali, “Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”
He told viewers, "You and your choices matter." He went on to say how his family had encouraged him to respect all people on the basis of their character.
