Hard as they try, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin cannot go ANYWHERE without igniting the interest of their millions of fans. The engaged couple, who were on-off for years, became engaged two months ago in secret - before their family (i.e Justin Bieber's dad) accidentally gave the game away.

Immediately after they went public with their engagement, rumours circled that the pair could be planning to get married before the end of the year, but friends have since revealed that Justin and Hailey are planning to wait before getting married.

According to TMZ, sources close to the couple say they have decided "not to rush to the altar" and to wait until next year, adding that "it's not because they're unsure," but because they "feel they've made the commitment and that's the most important thing."

HOWEVER. JB and Hailey have now been spotted at a courthouse in New York City - a courthouse which is well known for issuing MARRIAGE LICENCES, something you need before you can officially become man and wife.

Eyewitnesses told TMZ that they were spotted there yesterday (13th Sept), and that Justin even became teary-eyed over their upcoming nuptials, reportedly telling Hailey, 'I can’t wait to marry you, baby.'

Justin Bieber confirmed his engagement to Hailey Baldwin in a lengthy Instagram post in July, writing, 'Plain and simple Hailey I am soooo in love with everything about you! So committed to spending my life getting to know every single part of you loving you patiently and kindLY.' sic

Last year, it was revealed that we're not the only ones who struggle with the 'Despacito' lyrics - Justin Bieber forgot them, too! Performing at a show in New York last summer, Justin ran out of steam, substituting some words for 'Blah blah blah,' before calling on the audience to help him out!
