Jared Leto stuns fans with muscular body transformation for Joker role

Jared Leto has revealed an image of his new muscular torso ahead of his role as the Joker in upcoming movie Suicide Squad.
The actor unveiled a first look at his portrayal of the infamous supervillain last week, showing a crazed, tattooed new Joker.
However Leto has used his Instagram account to show off his new body transformation.
It also represents a change from Jack Nicholson’s infamous ‘laughing lunatic’ portrayal of the Joker.
Director David Ayer’s ‘Suicide Squad’ brings together DC villains aiming to gain redemption, mandated by government operative Amanda Waller (Viola Davis).
Waller's ‘squad’ includes team leader Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Boomerang (Jai Courtney) and Deadshot (Will Smith).
As the mission unfolds the Suicide Squad come across other DC villains including Slipnot, Plastique, Killer Croc and the Enchantress.
Suicide Squad is currently filming in Canada ahead of cinema release in summer 2016.
