2019 is certainly turning out to be an incredible year for former Emmerdale and Coronation Street actress Hayley Tamaddon. Just weeks ago the 42-year-old revealed she's expecting her first baby, despite being told she'd never have kids, and now she's engaged!
Announcing her lovely news on Twitter, Hayley shared a photo of herself wearing a stunning ring, as she revealed her boyfriend Adrian has popped the question.
She wrote, 'HE PROPOSED .............. I said YES!!!! This year is turning out to be quite wonderful.'
Hayley's celebrity friends were quick to comment on her post, former Strictly star James Jordan wrote, 'Congratulations babe 🎊', with Coronation Street's Jane Danson adding, 'Aw congratulations 🥰'. sic
Julia Goulding, who plays Shona Ramsey on Corrie, then added, 'Congratulations to both of you!! Absolutely fantastic news, can’t wait until you’re home so we can celebrate ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️'. sic
Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter

The pair have since revealed they are expecting a little girl, making their family complete!

Sharing a photo of a baby scan being held by Lucy-Jo, Lewis and Sienna Rae - her daughter with estranged husband Alan Halsall - Lucy-Jo wrote, 'This has been so hard to keep quiet 🤫 but today was the day @lewisdevine and I got to tell Sienna the best news!!! We are 13 weeks pregnant and so very excited to extend our little family....

Hayley's lovely news comes just three weeks after she confirmed she's pregnant with her first child, despite being told in the past she'd not be able to conceive.
The actress wrote, 'EXCITING NEWS TWEET!! I’m so pleased to tell you all... I’m expecting my first child with my wonderful boyfriend Adrian!! 👶🏻 I’ve always wanted to be a mum and didn’t think I could have children. And now, at the ripe old age of 42 - I’M PREGNANT! And We couldn’t be happier. �'. sic
Hayley found love with her boyfriend Adrian after a number of failed relationships in the past, including a previous engagement to choreographer Darren Charles. However, Hayley called off the engagement in 2010, after he admitted to cheating on her whist she was on Dancing On Ice.
Despite this, Hayley is now super loved-up with Adrian, and now the pair have a wedding to plan as well as a baby on the way!
