I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here presenter Dec Donnelly has thanked The Supervet (AKA Dr. Noel Fitzpatrick) after his adorable little dog Rocky was rushed to hospital following a back injury.

Dec, who recently reunited with his friend and co-presenter Ant McPartlin, took to his Instagram page to share a photo with his dog and Dr. Noel Fitzpatrick, writing, 'Another thank you to this legend and the amazing staff at @fitzpatrick_referrals for taking care of Rocky after the silly sausage hurt his back again! We never fail to be impressed by the kindness and care shown by all. You’re heroes! D x #dachshund #dachshundsofinstagram #supervet'. sic

Fans of the Geordie presenter were quick to comment on the snap, sending their well wishes to little Rocky.

One user wrote, 'So pleased he’s ok now. Bless him. He looks so cute 💙xx', with another writing, 'Aww get well soon Rocky!'.

Dec makes it no secret how close he is to his dog. Back in May 2018 when he presented Britain's Got Talent alone in Ant's absence, the presenter shared a cute snap with Rocky, writing, 'Rocky has come to keep me company and show moral support as I’ll be on my own tonight, although I’m getting the feeling he’s not as excited about the start of the @bgt semi finals as I am! 🐶 #bgt #dachshundsofinstagram #letsleepingdogslie'. sic

Of course, Dec's family expanded last year when his wife Ali Astall gave birth to the couple's first child, a baby girl called Isla Elizabeth Anne.

Announcing the news of her birth online, Dec wrote, 'Just wanted to say thank you for all the lovely messages. The news has sneaked out a little earlier than we had hoped but Ali and I are delighted to be expecting our first child. Thanks for all the love, we really appreciate it ❤️ D x'.
