Calvin Harris is reportedly writing a breakup song
DJ recently split with Taylor Swift
His ex Taylor Swift is the queen of breakup songs, but now Calvin Harris is reportedly working on his own breakup track.
The DJ is in the studio working on material for his fifth album and apparently is finding inspiration from recent events. A source told a national newspaper on Sunday: ‘Calvin feels that talking publicly is not the way to go, but expressing things in music is the better option. He’s currently working on some new music and has been milling over some tunes about heartbreak, deceit and lost love.’
To add insult to injury, Calvin is apparently considering getting Kanye West involved with the track. The source explained: ‘Kanye is up for doing something with Calvin and Rihanna and now Calvin’s no longer with Taylor anything is possible.’ Taylor is currently involved in some serious beef with Kanye and Kim K over whether she approved that infamous lyric ‘I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that b**** famous.’
Last week, pictures emerged of Taylor kissing actor Tom Hiddleston, just two weeks after she ended her 15 month relationship.
Taylor and Tom were spotted getting cosy at the Met Gala last month whilst Calvin was still her man but Taylor's team have insisted nobody else was involved in the split. Calvin has since deleted all traces of Taylor from his social media accounts.
