Body found in search for missing Ayrshire man

The body of a man has been found in the search for a missing 43 year old in Ayrshire.
it was discovered in a wooded area near Bourtreehill, Irvine at around 9.45am on Thursday 15 May.
Formal identification is yet to take place, but police believe it to be Neil Hanvey, who was reported missing from his home in Irvine around midday on Wednesday 14 May.
Officers say they are liaising with Mr Hanvey's family.
They do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances, and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
