Teen Killed In Ayrshire Crash
A teenage girl has died and another woman is fighting for life after a head-on crash in Ayrshire.
The crash happened on the A760 Largs to Kilbirnie Road around 10.30pm on Friday night when a Nissan Juke collided with a Ford Focus travelling in the opposite direction.
A 17-year-old girl who was a passenger in the Nissan died at the scene.
The 18-year old man who was driving is being treated for serious chest injuries at Crosshouse Hospital in Kilmarnock and is said to be in a serious but stable condition.
A 28-year old woman who was a passenger in the Ford car is in crticial condition at the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.
The 32-year-old man who was driving was treated for minor injuries and then released.
