Man Arrested Over Woman's Death

A man has been arrested over the death of a woman in a flat in Glasgow.

The body of the woman, named locally as 43 year old Anna Rosenberg, was found in a property in Carrbridge Drive in the Maryhill area on Sunday afternoon.

Police launched an investigation and a 50-year-old man has been arrested.

A report is to be sent to the procurator fiscal and he is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court tomorrow.

A police spokesman said: "A 50-year-old man has been arrested and is presently detained in police custody in connection with the death of a woman, following an incident at a flat in the Wyndford area of Glasgow, on Sunday May 3.''
