Man appears in court charged with rape in Glasgow suburb
Mohammed Maqsood made no plea or declaration
A man has appeared in court charged with raping a woman in a Glasgow suburb earlier this month.
Mohammed Maqsood allegedly carried out the sex attack on December 5 near to Eastwood Crescent, Thornliebank.
The 35-year-old, from Glasgow appeared in private from custody at the city’s sheriff court where he made no plea or declaration.
He was remanded in custody and will appear for a full committal hearing next week.
