The dad of Celtic superfan Jay Beatty has been telling Clyde News about his face-to-face confrontation with a troll who sent his son threats.
The 14-year-old schoolboy was arrested in September for sending the young Hoops fan - who has Down's syndrome - threats and abuse about his disability online.
As part of a Community Safety Glasgow restorative justice project, the boy was given the option to meet the family of 12-year-old Jay in person and apologise.
Jay's dad Martin has told our reporter Lizzie Parker about the "emotional" experience:
Jay gained fame in 2014 when then-Celtic manager gave him his League Winners medal before Georgios Samaras picked him up and paraded him around the pitch.
His family say most of the online comments since have been very supportive but they have been affected by a small number of individuals sending vile abuse and threats.
