Glasgow Airport To Get New Service To Cancun And Barbados

Good news today for anyone staring out of the window dreaming of sunshine - soon you'll be able to fly directly to Cancun and Barbados from rainy Glasgow.

The service comes courteousy of Thomas Cook, who announced today that the first flights to the exotic destinations will take off in November - just in time for another Scottish winter.

The airline have also revealed that they're to expand their service to Las Vegas and Orlando from July 2016, with two flights a week departing for the famous desert city, and three planes taking off for Florida.
