Crews were called to the building on Lusset Road in Old Kilpatrick, at around 5.30pm last night.
They were on scene in minutes and were confronted with a well-developed fire''.
Further crews were called to help tackle the blaze, bringing the number of firefighters at the scene to 25.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service remained at the site until 10.20pm.
